AJD Mediation and Consultation Services, was founded in 2016, by a retired Marine Corps Colonel who spent 31 years in the Marine Corps. After retiring from the Marine Corps, he studied and received a Master Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management and one in Human Resources Development. In addition, Mr. Dyer evaluates Student Mediators at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) at Patrick Space Force Base, and assists in mentoring local businesses as part of the WEVenture Ignite 360 program at the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). Mr. Dyer is a Florida Supreme Court certified County Court, Family and Appellate Mediator. Previously contracted to both the County Court and Family Division of the 18th Judicial District to mediate disputes in the following areas: Contract Disputes, Credit Cards Debts, Landlord Tenant, Dissolution of Marriage, Division of Assets, Child Support, Child Custody, and Alimony. Other areas of service include Workplace Conflicts, Insurance Claims, Foreclosure, and Contract Negotiation. Also certified by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes, to mediate disputes in the area of community association operations. Mr. Dyer uses the knowledge gained thru-out his career, in addition to his extensive experience in mediation, to provide quality and professional mediation at an accessible cost.
